Begonia
Begonia rightfully deserves the preference of housewives who grow indoor plants, because for all its external attractiveness, especially during the flowering period, this flower does not require special conditions, so the care and reproduction of begonias is only a pleasure for amateur flower growers. There are also specimens with beautiful decorative leaves, but rarely blooming or having not very attractive inflorescences.
The variety of species, reaching up to a thousand options, this plant allows you to make a choice in favor of the most attractive to you personally. And then it's a matter of technology. Plant seeds or tubers. For the landing of the latter, sandy soil is used. Part of the tuber should be on the surface until fresh leaves appear (during engraftment, water little by little). After that, earth is poured into the pot.
If you propagate by seeds, then use a mixture of peat (1 part), sand (1 part) and leafy soil (3 parts). Seeds should not be sown deep, otherwise you will have to wait a long time. As the seedlings appear, picking is carried out several times and only then planting in separate pots.
Active flowering time falls on the summer season, during this period the flower needs abundant watering. Keep in mind that if the air is very dry, you should also mist the flowers and leaves. Top dressing with flower fertilizers should be done once every few weeks. During the growth period (spring), growth stimulants are also used.
In winter, when there is not enough light, watering should be limited, and air humidification can be ensured by evaporating water from the saucer, since the tips of the leaves begin to dry out from dryness.
