A showy boss likes everything to look perfect. At the same time, he knows how to beautifully present his point of view. As they say, the more order and beauty around, the more he likes himself. He is inclined to demonstrate selective lies, often exaggerates the significance of any facts, just to create an ideal image for himself. However, he does not tolerate someone in his environment being noticeably smarter than him, so he tries to force such a person out by any means. For the sake of satisfying their vanity, people of this type often become swindlers. Therefore, think about whether you want to appease such a person so that he actively uses you in his own interests.
