Curd face mask

A face mask made from cottage cheese and, in principle, using fermented milk products has a wide spectrum of action. A good effect is achieved due to the content of B and A vitamins, as well as the macro and microelements included in the composition: curd masks moisturize, nourish and soften the skin well, so that after their application it becomes smooth and white.

A cottage cheese mask is primarily suitable for those who have dry skin or are prone to flabbiness, since dairy products always contain fat, which is not necessary for oily skin.

Despite the fact that dairy products tend to coagulate when mixed with lemon, lemon is still actively used in the preparation of a curd mask , as it enhances the whitening properties and softens, but is suitable for those who do not have allergies.

Nourishing cottage cheese mask

Fatty cottage cheese with honey is rubbed in equal parts, a few drops of lemon juice are added to this mass (you can simply squeeze a slice of lemon into the composition), applied for 15 minutes, washed off with warm and then cool water.

In general, cottage cheese can be mixed with different ingredients and you will always get a nutritious mixture. For example, mixing equal parts of cottage cheese with olive oil or avocado oil, you will get a very nourishing mixture for the skin of the face.

  • Cottage cheese with sour cream or finely chopped parsley leaves perfectly whitens the skin.
  • In combination with the juice of blackcurrant berries, rich in vitamin C, or with carrots, rich in carotene and vitamin A, the curd mask will help strengthen the immune system and the protective properties of the skin.

Peeling with cottage cheese

You can also do a peeling mask once a week to exfoliate dead cells. For its preparation, low-fat crumbly cottage cheese, sour cream and salt (you can use sea salt) are used. Apply the mixture on the face, massage the skin with light movements. Wash off with warm water.
