Exercises to get rid of belly fat

5. Lying on the floor on your back, legs straight, hands behind your head. Slightly raise your legs above the floor, start to spread them and cross them in weight. You can also do the “bike” exercise, leaning on your elbows, with your hands, as if supporting the pelvis. And in this semi-lying position, you begin to turn imaginary pedals.

6. Standing on all fours, leaning on straight arms, straighten and take back one or the other leg, swinging your straight leg three times (several times for each leg).
