However, it is wrong to conclude that you can eat as much fatty, sweet, high-calorie food as you like, just then chew spinach greens, for example, eat oranges and calories will not be absorbed. There are too many calories in high-calorie foods, so greens will not help you here. It would be more correct to make a balanced diet containing not so many high-calorie foods, plus add berries and citrus fruits, plus exercise regularly and as a result, your figure will return to normal.
