Unfortunately, over the years, “reserves” of unnecessary salts accumulate in the human body, in other words, excesses that get there along with food and drink. This happens for various reasons, but mainly due to a violation of salt metabolism, in which case the excretory system no longer copes with its function. Unfavorable heredity also belongs to predisposing factors. A healthy body is able to regulate the level of salt itself, preventing oversaturation.
Against the background of the general process of deposits, both visible changes occur, for example, the appearance of a bone on the side of the big toe, and not obvious, but affecting well-being. These include, for example, pain in the cervical spine, kidney stones. Determining the excess is simple: just collect the morning urine and let it stand for 24 hours. If there is crystalline precipitation, this is an indicator.
The process of removing salts is quite lengthy, so you need to be patient. If you have osteochondrosis, then you need to work on removing the so-called alkaline salts (phosphates, carbonates). Salts of uric acid are localized in the joints. Oxalate salts are deposited in muscles and bones.
Methods for removing salts
To reduce salt deposits in the joints, an infusion of wild rose (roots, fruits), a dried leaf of strawberries and currants, brewed in equal proportions of 2 tbsp, helps. spoons plus them - grass knotweed (highlander bird) - 1 tbsp. l. - If there are problems with the joints, then it is necessary to remove uric acid salts. For this, a mixture of lemons and honey is prepared. Five lemons, peeled, grind in a meat grinder. Mix with honey (half a kilo). Take a tablespoon before meals in the same way as in the case of parsley.
In parallel with the intake of decoctions, a low-salt diet should be observed, which excludes canned food, mayonnaise, ketchup and other ready-made canned foods. One option is separate meals .
- A good way to eliminate is with the help of rice, which removes not only excess salt, but also toxins. Washed rice is soaked overnight in a cool place. Soaked rice in the amount of one tablespoon is boiled in the morning for three minutes. Eat on an empty stomach and then refrain from eating and drinking for three hours. The volume of rice should correspond to the number of years of a person. That is, one tablespoon should be eaten every day, the number of which is equal to the number of years.
