Where the skin is rougher, force should be applied. We wrap the Achilles tendon as if in a fist and massage it in the directions from top to bottom until a feeling of warmth occurs. Don't ignore the bones. Each protruding bone should be massaged in a circular motion. Next we go up. We knead the lower leg according to the same principle: first, rubbing movements to the knee and back, then in circular motions until slightly reddened. We do the same with the hips.
