Bra. How to choose

The bra is undoubtedly the most specific item of women's wardrobe . Both the health of the breast and the appearance depend on its correct choice. The primary task of the bodice is to support the chest. And well-supported breasts are not only medically correct, they also create an attractive image . A woman with high breasts looks more erotic, and therefore young. Therefore, the choice of a bra should be taken more seriously. Although some ladies, what is there to hide, have not learned to determine their true size.

Let's look into this delicate issue together.
And it’s more logical to start with your size, which is the most difficult to determine, especially when you don’t know the specifics of the designation of numbers and letters. Remember: the figure indicated in the size is the volume of the body under the chest. To determine your size, please measure yourself. Figures are rounded in sizes. That is, if you have a volume of 69 cm, then you should focus on the 70th size. More precisely: from 68 to 72 cm - the 70th size
from 73 to 77 cm - the 75th size
from 78 to 82 cm - the 80th size
and so on with an interval of 4 centimeters (if you notice a progression in numbers).

Now let's decipher the meaning of the letter. You can see in size the letters: A, B, C, D (sometimes doubled). The letter determines the fullness of the chest. To calculate it, you need to determine the difference in numbers: the volume of the breast at the extreme protruding points and the volume under the breast.

For example, your volume at the extreme (peak) points gives the number 88, and the volume under the chest - 75, thus 88-75 \u003d 13 cm, that is, the volume of your chest is 13 cm, in the letter designation it corresponds to the letter A. And the full designation the size according to the given example is 75A.

Here are the main letter indicators (the first digit is the difference in volumes):
12-13 cm - fullness A
14-15 cm - fullness B
16-17 cm - fullness C
18-19 cm - fullness D

The main types of bras

They come with a soft cup, which is often made of lace or elastic fabric. A bra with underwire (which are, as it were, on the side) is ideal for full ladies and those whose breasts are located far from each other. There are models with a frame (which is located under the breast and has a supporting function) - the best option for all cases. Often in combination with them there is a solid cup that forms the correct shape. But it is also soft. Strapless bra (as a rule, there is a special braid along the edge of the cup of such a bodice for a better fit of the cup to the chest). The bodice for nursing mothers has a feature in its cut - a folding part of the cup for convenience when feeding.

bra and how to choose

Sample is of great importance. Even a suitable, at first glance, bra size may not be very comfortable for you. Therefore, test it to the maximum.

Try to move in different directions: sit down, bend over, bend in different directions. All this in order to understand how the chosen model will behave in everyday wear. If after the test you notice that the fastening tape has risen, then the selected circle is too big for you. The tape should always be at the same level in front and on the back (more precisely, be parallel to the floor). When trying on, fasten on the first (extreme) hooks and at the same time two fingers should still pass freely under the belt. The tape stretches when worn, so you will still need the hooks farthest from the edge (maybe). The term of wearing is a maximum of two years. Stretched details of the bodice and figure correction are a reason to change underwear. Straps should not cut into the skin. If there are traces on the body when removing the bodice, then this is not your size. Ideally, a bra supports the breasts well, promoting proper circulation, but not tight or constricting. Full ladies should not buy a bra with thin straps. The band and straps should be wide enough to hold the bust without digging into the skin. Cups should also fit your chest. Fitted cup shape hugs the bust. But at the same time, the chest does not fall out. There should also be no free space between the cup and the chest. In other words, the cup should hug the chest, but not rub or press.

Choose your bra carefully by trying on several styles until you find the one that fits you best and provides maximum comfort. But don't get hung up on wearing. When you are at home, let your breasts rest.
