Windows in the house should always be clean. According to the ancient art of Feng Shui , if the windows are clean, then positive energy circulates freely in your home. And you discover that the world, it turns out, is colored (just kidding). Of course, the feeling of cleanliness should be in your entire home, but today we will talk about windows, how to wash them. After all, every spring, summer and autumn, women housewives have to wash windows.

How and what to wash windows

But the windows are different. Someone in wooden frames, someone in a plastic profile. For the first option, old, long-known methods are good.

But before starting work, protect your hands with rubber gloves. Do not forget: caring for your hands is also protecting them from household chemicals. Before washing the windows, wipe the frames and window sill with a damp cloth.

• Glasses can be washed with ordinary soapy water. If the situation allows, then you can rinse by splashing clean water on the glass from the jar. However, not everyone has this opportunity, so prepare two containers of water: one with soapy water, the other with clean water. Also take two rags (for both containers).
• Rinse the window first with a soapy cloth, then rinse with a clean one. Then dry with a dry, absorbent cloth. So that there are no streaks on the glass and shine is present, rub the surface with a crumpled newspaper (it perfectly absorbs and grinds excess moisture). This old, since the time of grandmothers, method guarantees purity and shine - time-tested.

For shine, you can also use another old but true method. Salt water and well-worn nylon tights will help you. In sunny weather, if the sun is shining through your windows, it is better to refrain from washing, as detergents dry out very quickly and leave stains. To wash plastic windows, it would be good to stock up on a special tool - a window cleaning mop, preferably with different nozzles: a scraper, a rubberized nozzle for removing moisture and a soft nozzle for wiping dry. For use at home, the optimal length of the washing "scraper" is up to thirty centimeters. Pour cool water into the basin, you can add salt. Start washing in a horizontal line (slightly sloped: so that the water flows sideways). After each flush, rinse and wipe dirt off the scraper. After cleaning the glass surface, wipe the edges of the frame with a dry cloth. If you use detergents, follow the instructions for use. Spray the product on the surface, wipe with a soft cloth, and preferably with a special glass cloth. Let your windows shine!
