Many have noticed that during motor activity, the skin burns faster than in a stationary state. However, protection for the skin in any case is important. At noon, solar activity is ten times more. Therefore, at this time it is not recommended to stay in the sun even with a thick layer of sunscreen.

Vacationers often have sunburn in the form of redness (after all, many use protective equipment). For redness, a cool shower may be recommended to alleviate discomfort. Then treat the skin with aloe juice or creams designed for burnt skin, as a rule, they also contain aloe juice and moisturizing substances that compensate for the lack of moisture in the skin. Lavender oil can also help: gently lubricate the skin with it.

In the absence of special anti-burn agents, use improvised ones: kefir or sour cream. It is necessary to lubricate the skin and, without wiping off the residue, lubricate additionally. Dairy products have a calming effect, cool. But vegetable and butter do not need to be used. Also make sure you drink plenty of fluids to replenish the hydrobalance.
