To make the bouquet last longer

Any bouquet of flowers is pleasant for a woman. Even one flower, presented with all my heart, instantly cheers up. It is doubly pleasant if it is presented by a man, especially to strangers. About the husband, of course, the conversation is separate, but the attention from the familiar men makes a woman more confident in her female attractiveness.

How to keep a bouquet longer1It is quite understandable why the aroma and fragrance emanating from fresh flowers, you want to keep longer. However, the whole charm is that the bouquet is a temporary phenomenon, and its charm is so fleeting. And yet, every time you have to watch the wilting of flowers, it becomes a little sad. Therefore, women are always trying to prolong the life of a flower bouquet. And if they fail, they complain that, they say, it was not given from the heart.

How to keep a bouquet longer

The most famous ways to prolong flower life are an aspirin tablet, a spoonful of sugar, a couple of drops of vinegar, a copper coin (supposedly cleans water from bacteria). It helps, but still not longer than a week: the water begins to become cloudy due to bacteria that have appeared in it. The above methods will be more effective if, along with them, some more rules are observed.

If you choose the flowers yourself (in the sense you will give, and not you were given), pay attention to how fresh they are. To do this, it is easy enough to squeeze the bud and stem, they must be strong. The water and the vase itself must be clean. In no case can not be used after another bouquet. Do not draw water directly from the tap with bubbles: in such water, the nutrition of the stems will be insufficient. Do not be lazy, pour settled, and at room temperature. When choosing a vase, give preference to glass. Metal vases are harmful to flowers. Remove leaves. Firstly, this is how moisture will flow to the bud, and not go only to the leaves; secondly, they will not rot in a vase, respectively, the water will remain fresh longer. A long oblique cut should be made on the stem, then water will flow better and nourish the flower (recommended for roses and chrysanthemums). Do not place a bouquet near the battery: this way the water will bloom faster.

And even in ideal conditions, the bouquet will last a maximum of a week. In flower stalls, flowers last longer, because special food is added to the water (in the cards). But is it worth it to be upset, because fresh flowers are designed just to arouse momentary admiration. And if so, have time to enjoy the bouquet at the time of donation.
