For some, this is really a dilemma, what to choose after all? Newly minted female drivers still more often opt for automatic transmission. It is understandable when the skills have not yet been honed to automatism, the automatic transmission makes it possible not to even strain about: how not to stall now at the intersection on green, well, or something like that. Drivers without experience sometimes say this: “I don’t even remember what they taught me there, I just don’t bother with the machine.”
Advantages and disadvantages.
But obviously these two systems have their pros and cons, as well as everything in this world.
An automatic car consumes more gas (albeit not much) than a manual car, but the softness of the ride gives you a greater sense of comfort. Slippage is not desirable on either this or that gearbox, because in the case of mechanics, attempts to move can affect the clutch, but with a machine gun you can generally rattle for overhaul. But here there is one “but”: automatic (due to the fact that the load on the wheels is distributed evenly) makes it possible to move very smoothly, even if you are standing on a slippery stretch of road. Starting slowly, you will not skid.
Manual transmission relatively increases the risk of accidents, especially for those women who are not very friendly with technology in principle. Agree, at the moment of switching the speed, part of the attention is lost, especially when the beginner has to constantly control himself. The start on the mechanics and the machine is undoubtedly different. Manual transmission, as a rule, gives a jerk and due to this it gains momentum faster. The machine moves smoothly, but slower. But in a manual transmission, a certain amount of time is again spent shifting gears. Therefore, small fluctuations between the indicators of both systems are smoothed out due to this. How do cars with different gearboxes behave in traffic? For a driver who has a car with a manual transmission, a traffic jam is still a test, because constant switching will tire anyone (especially a lady), and if, moreover, the clutch pedal works hard, then turn off the lights altogether. Some women then complain about how their left leg hurts from constant tension. Meanwhile, the automatic transmission makes it possible not to load too much, even if you are in a traffic jam, and drive up a little bit, only by releasing the brake.
As they say, everything is an amateur. Those who are used to driving a mechanic can also drive an automatic. But when the process starts the other way around: that is, after obtaining the rights, you immediately sit on the machine, back is already problematic. Why back? Well, you know, sometimes there are situations when you need to get cheaper. But in this case, it will not work out right away, you will continue to drive on the machine. In general, of course, a female car should ideally be an automatic. How do you think?
