Washing hair. The washing process should be gentle on the hair. Be sure to take into account the type of hair: for oily it is better to make cooler water and vice versa. Well, after washing, you do not need to rub them intensively with a towel, otherwise you can damage the hair structure.
Shampoo selection. It is better to refuse universal two-in-one products, as they only make the hair heavier. Also, when choosing a shampoo, do not bet on universal options: for all hair types. The best option is a separate shampoo and conditioner that matches your type. Then the hair will be easy to comb and lie better.
You have probably noticed that even detergents that seem to suit you by name and desired effect are not always suitable for you. Advertising of this or that shampoo does not always live up to expectations. Therefore, more often observe the reaction of the body to a new washing product. If you see that your hair type seems to be indicated on the bottle, but the shampoo actually causes dryness of the scalp, causes dandruff, choose another one for yourself. By the way, foam, the abundance of which many people like, is not at all a criterion for a “good shampoo”, since foaming agents (surfactants) are not very useful, rather, on the contrary.
Now a little about hair types. Normal hair gets dirty usually after 2-3 days. Fat - in a day. And the dry type can withstand up to a week without washing. But even based on these characteristics, you can make a mistake with the choice of shampoo, because the hair acquires certain qualities (for example, dryness and brittleness) as a result of external influences on them, such as coloring, frequent hot styling. Meanwhile, oily hair can cause dehydration of the scalp. Therefore, it is important to choose detergents very carefully so as not to aggravate the problem. In difficult cases, consulting a dermatologist will not hurt.
Looking at the seductive bottles, don't be fooled by the color and smell of the shampoo. The best choice is a shampoo without fragrances and additional dyes (which only attract the eye, but have no benefit). After the first wash with a new product, you will immediately understand how successful your choice is. Poor-quality shampoo weighs down the hair, after its use they fade and quickly become dirty. A good shampoo that suits your type, on the contrary, makes the hair shiny, easy to comb and the scalp is calm.
Do not get carried away with various restorative products, for example, serums and masks . Since from their frequent use the hair will quickly become oily and dirty. Some people like to keep these products on their hair longer, it is better to follow the instructions.
Protection. Think about hair protection for every season. Walking without a hat in late autumn and winter, as well as hot summer days, is fraught with dull color and loss. In the cold season, this is due to vasospasm and, as a result, malnutrition of the hair, which inevitably leads to loss of shine or even loss. And in the hot period, overdrying is harmful, which also leads to damage to the hair structure. UV filters come to the rescue.
Laying. Hairdryer is a favorite tool of all women. With it, it is easy to achieve the desired volume and direction of the strands. However, many people use this styling method on an ongoing basis, which undoubtedly affects the hair. After all, in this way they dry out, moreover, not every lady can withstand the distance between the hair dryer and the hair of at least 20 centimeters. Therefore, periodically let your hair rest: let it dry after washing in a natural way.
Coloring. When choosing paint, consider your lifestyle, including where you work. If you often have to change location, i.e. work involves physical activity, or you regularly visit the fitness room, then washing your hair is, of course, a more than regular process for you. However, too frequent washing does not have the most favorable effect on blond hair: it fades, loses its vitality. Therefore, dark tones in these cases will be preferable.
Hair dye according to skin type. For owners of pink or reddened (as well as freckled) skin, bright saturated tones with a note of mahogany will not work. The principle applies here: the choice of color should not emphasize skin imperfections (although the latter may well be corrected by powder ). So for pale skin, an unsuccessful option is warm colors (such as wheat, walnut), it is better to choose colors with red tints, “eggplant” or even black. And if the skin is clean and light, a little pink, then all shades of warm, including blond, will suit you.
The color of the eyes also matters: for fair-skinned and blue-eyed blond hair is the most successful option. Dark colors are recommended for dark-skinned and dark-eyed people. For green-eyed, something in between, more often close to a brown-haired woman.
