Dried fruits compote. Recommendations

  1. After preparing the compote, take and wrap the pan with some kind of towel and leave to stand for a couple of hours. During this time, our compote will pick up all the juiciness of our fruits.
  2. In some cases, you can use honey instead of sugar, but for this we need to dissolve it in advance in a cup and pour it in this form. From this, all the benefits of fashion will not go anywhere.
  3. The drink can lose its substances due to the fact that you brew the compote with the lid open, so always close the lid of the pot.
