A person who feels insecure, constrained, cannot fully relax and feel comfortable. 1. It is useful to develop a routine and go to bed every day no later than 23.00 (this time is optimal for good sleep). Having endured the right moment, it is difficult, and sometimes impossible, to force yourself to fall asleep later.
2. Take a shower before going to bed. Just not hot (on the contrary, it invigorates). The fact is that water washes away not only bodily dirt, but also negative energy, which you could easily “pick up” during the day, being in human streams, for example, in the subway. That is, in this case, she will take everything negative with her.
3. Do not go to bed with a rumbling stomach (from hunger), as well as with a full stomach. In both cases, you will feel discomfort, from which you will not fall asleep.
4. Ventilate the bedroom. What healthy sleep can you talk about if you languish in stuffiness. Fresh air, fresh energy flows are ideal conditions for recharging the body.
5. When you go to bed, try to relax as much as possible: pay attention to all muscle groups. The nervous tension that has arisen during the day creates the so-called muscular corset.
