How to use a contrast shower
The main thing is not to rush to extremes. You need to start small, more precisely, with temperatures that are comfortable for you. Remember the strict rule: always start with hot water, end with cold, and do not stand in the shower with your head (only your body). Ideally, the duration of the contrast is up to fifteen seconds. First, standing under the hot during this interval of time, then - similarly under the cold. At the first stage, you can adjust hot and cold water as moderately hot and cool (pleasant for the body) and the number of seconds - up to ten.
