Yeast masks
Many have heard that yeast is good both for external use and for ingestion, as it is a source of essential amino acids, B vitamins, and, like all mushrooms (only in this case, unicellular), they are rich in protein, which they contain. just over 60%.
Yeast masks can also be made on the skin of the face, but in this material we will consider the option of preparing one mask for hair and for the face. Such masks are good for stimulating growth and strengthening, as well as for nourishing the skin.
Yeast masks with kefir
In yeast (volume 2 tsp), soaked in milk for an hour, add honey 2 tbsp. l. and half a glass of kefir. Stir thoroughly and rub mainly into the roots of the hair, then distributing it along the entire length. All this is wrapped in a plastic bag and left for an hour. It is best to do on clean hair, then just rinse with warm water.
The best option is to put the mixture prepared according to the above method in a water bath until foam appears (simmer for about 20 minutes). And then gently massage into the scalp.
Yeast masks for skin
Crumble a tablespoon of yeast and pour kefir, stirring until a homogeneous consistency. Apply to oily skin for 15 minutes. The main part of the mask is removed with a napkin. The rest is washed off with cool water. Result: velvety skin.
For normal skin, a variant is used with dilution of yeast with milk and the addition of a spoonful of honey and olive oil.
