Kefir diet (the easiest and most affordable option)
If you are planning to lose weight , start by cleansing your body.
It is very important to start the correction with cleaning in order to remove toxins and slags for a start. Fasting days on kefir are quite suitable for this purpose. Choose one day of the week, preferably a working day, so that the refrigerator does not fall into view, especially when you are hungry. On this day, all meals should be replaced with kefir. The volume of this drink is not limited (at least a liter, at least two), the main thing is not to use other foods and liquids. It is important that the body is focused on one specific task.
Another option is a diet that combines foods and kefir. This refers to low-calorie foods. Meat is excluded, instead of it, any seafood, salads in kefir dressing and fruits. Please note that not all fruits and vegetables go well with kefir. The most appropriate in this sense are apples and pears. However, plums, grapes and others that have pulp will not work, just like cucumbers or mushrooms from vegetables. In general, we mean those ingredients that are combined or not combined with milk.
It is known that when eating fruits with kefir, the fiber and vitamins contained in them are better absorbed. And the intestinal flora is enriched with lactic acid bacteria. During the period of such a diet as a drink, in addition to kefir, green tea and plain water are optimal. Duration - up to a week. During this time, your body will cleanse and enrich itself with useful substances, and spend extra calories.
Kremlin diet
One of the popular diets for the reason that you do not need to starve, but you should strictly observe the number of points assigned to consumed foods. These points were assigned to products by nutritionists-researchers (according to legend, back in Soviet times and only for the “chosen ones” - members of the Central Committee, in general, hence the name - “Kremlin”). The point is that the more the product contains “harmful” substances for the figure, the more points it is assigned (that is, instead of the number of calories, you will need to take into account the number of points). Moreover, the sum of points of the entire daily diet should not exceed 40 (this is for those who are losing weight) and 60 for those who strive to maintain weight at the same level.
And the evaluation of the products is very different. The champion in terms of the number of points scored is sugar, their number is 99 (per 100 g), all kinds of sweets and goodies - 60-80 points, flour products, cereals - up to 70 points, and even sweet fruits, having 10 points per 100 g, hit to the unwanted list. But milk and all its derivatives - 2-5 points, 100 grams of meat, eggs and other animal products - are estimated at around 2 points.
Accordingly, the emphasis is on protein foods. Any carbohydrates are excluded. Without getting them, the body will use its own fat reserves. Thus, excess weight will begin to noticeably decrease.
But you must understand that you will have to forget about sweet tea, white bread, and even more so cake for the duration of this diet. But what results!
And one more important point: the diet is not suitable for those who have chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular system, diabetes. With a lack of sugar in food, phenomena such as dizziness, weakness are possible. In general, before going on a diet, it is better to consult a doctor so as not to harm your own body.
