How to relax on vacation: how to plan your vacation

The well-known dictum “To rest is not to work” very correctly, by the way, reflects the idea that rest should be the opposite of work, only then it is beneficial. What are the benefits of proper rest? This is actually the restoration of mental and physical balance in the body.

So, if you constantly work in the office, but sitting at the computer, and for eight or even more hours a day, as they say, God himself ordered you to have an active rest. That is, in the fresh air, in motion, with thoughts removed from work. Then the vacation will be beneficial for you and your body. If your work involves constant movement, shaking, then in this case, stupidly lying on the beach is simply sacred.

When planning a vacation, you need to take into account that the transition to a state of rest is not sudden, like returning to work. The body cannot adapt abruptly to new conditions; in such cases, instead of a smooth transition to a relaxed state, it receives additional stress. So a pre-planned trip or a trip to the country will help you internally tune in to the right wave.

Some people think that lying down in front of the TV, “cracking” sweets is also quite a good option. And what, thoughts about work fade into the background, it's time for "joy" for the stomach. In fact, in this way you not only do not get a full discharge for the body, but also harm it. For women, this is especially fraught with a spoiled figure. Coming out of such a holiday, they will not receive a bouquet of positive emotions, but a new problem in the form of extra pounds. By the way, engaging in gluttony on the seashore, it turns out about the same thing. Unless, the southern climate will still give your body the joy of communicating with a fresh breeze, sun and sea water.

And imagine what effect will occur if, while relaxing by the sea, you still move, charging your body with positive energy. Yes, it will be grateful to you later until the next vacation period, showing the mirror smooth skin, a pleasant tan and a face on which a good mood . And you will return to the workplace full of energy, ready to conquer new heights (which was what you needed to get).

In general, if you are going to have a rest (and you need to do this regularly, in any case more often than some people succeed), do not take your working thoughts with you, completely forget about work. For the same reasons, it is not recommended to rest with colleagues. You understand that any hints of your professional activities will not allow you to completely relax and get the effect that rest should bring. In general, love yourself, and you will always be protected from such phenomena as depression, apathy, weakness, which usually appear as a result of monotonous and prolonged work.
