If water with gases does not contradict the state of your health, then this is even good, because the bubbles provoke profuse salivation, which also helps to quench your thirst.
Little advice: do not drink liquid at once and a lot. As you know, the satiety impulse does not immediately reach the brain, so if you drink in small portions, but often, then the satisfaction will come sooner.
Acidified water perfectly removes the feeling of thirst (you can use lemon, you can use cranberries). But soda , on the contrary, cause even greater thirst, because artificial additives, dyes and sugar provoke the body to new fluid intake.
